7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:
- Take a clear and uncut video of the package and contents.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@celestianoire.in with the details.
We will review and resolve the issue promptly through replacement or appropriate action.
